Does anyone have any experience with auto insurance companies that could lend some guidance for these people who are trying to abuse me? I'm against frivolous lawsuits and such, so I'm really only thinking of using a lawyer as a worst-case plan. I wasn't injured, just bruised and sore. I'm still sore in some places from the wreck, mostly my neck. I decided to see a doc last week, and she gave me some muscle relaxants and set me up with a physical therapist who is probably gonna just have me do some stretches. This week, I noticed some weird things involving my fuel. Like when I'm near or below the 1/4 mark, the car has trouble starting. And the needle tends to fluctuate anywhere from just below 1/2 down to the E. So I had that on my mind. I was even thinking of calling Car Talk this morning.
